ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Heidi...
I am a veteran's wife and a #boymom (yup, used a hashtag right in the bio, it's how I roll)
to 2 smelly, little fellas.

​I'm a south Florida real estate agent helping people find 'home'.
It's a rough life working at the beach, but I manage it somehow. ;)

I love fitness and nutrition...but I love food. I'm trying to work that out.
(I'll let you know how it goes!). I help people and I LOVE it.
I help people get healthy in a way that is effective, but totally doable,
and I help people learn to dream big again.
I'm passionate about helping people see past their own limitations.

I'm from the ATL (that's Atlanta for all you non-playa's out there)
but I live in beautiful Stuart, Florida. See? I'm a Peach, living at the beach!!
College football is my jam and it goes with iced coffee. All the coffee.
